Chief Brooks was honored to attend the Association of California School Administrators (ACSA), Delta Charter (East Contra Costa) Recognition Dinner at the Lone Tree Golf and Event Center. The ACSA awarded the Antioch Police Department with their “Friends of Education Award.” The award was presented to us for our on-going efforts to connect with students by visiting their campuses with our K9 officers doing demonstrations, educating students on the use of 9-1-1 and just hanging out during recess. We value our time spent with the students in our community are we’re very excited to receive this award.
